She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Neitch and Mary Neitch (Furr) of Tuberculosis; her husband Roy Osier; her stepmother Shirley Neitch; her siblings, Vernon Neitch (Louise) and Vestel Storts (James); her brother-in-law Joe Kulas; and her stepbrother Jimmy Neitch.
She is survived by: her children, Jody (Bill McCaffree) of North Bend, David Osier and Kenneth Osier of North Bend; her granddaughter Mandy McCaffree of Coos Bay; and her sister Violet Kulas of Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
