It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew George Hoefer Jr. of North Bend, Oregon, born in Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew G. Hoefer Sr. and Esther Hoefer (Ziemer); his stepmother Elsie; his half-sister Alice Kick Hoefer; and his brothers, Jim and John Hoefer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hoefer of North Bend; his children, Kristin Hoefer (Jardin Kazaar) of Coos Bay and Erik Hoefer (Janet) of Stayton; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Aitkins (Aaron) and Shane Hoefer.
