He was predeceased by: his grandson Cody Ryan Lee; his daughter Baby Robin; his brothers, Jimmy and William Jr.; and his parents, William Aubry Lowe and Virginia Lavonne Lowe (Smith).
He is survived by: his child Terry; his wife Patricia Lee Lowe (Evens); his children, Terence Patrick Lowe (Christina) and Robin Renee' Schriver (Michael); his grandchildren, Emma Audrey Lowe, Colton James Lowe, Beaux Schriver (Kari) and Danny Schriver; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Alea and Wyatt Schriver; his niece Dana Suttell (Frank); his nephews, Billy Lowe and Isaac Suttell; and his sister-in-law Ruth Lowe.
