She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Higgins and Mary Higgins; and her sister Leona Pick. She is survived by: her husband Clarence; and her children, Janice Smith (Mark), Linda Lee (Bart), Mark Weaver (Barb) and Amy Weaver (Troy).
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Toledo Food Share or to Mrs. Santa Claus.
