He is survived by: his wife Debra Breon Marthaller of Siletz, Oregon.; his children, Bruce (Janna) of Siletz, Brian (Suzzie) of Siletz, Gervis Loy of Siletz, David of Siletz and Genivea Mincy Marthaller of St Pete's, Florida.; his brothers, James Culver (Sally), Philip (Susan) and Michael (Susie) of Olympia, Washington.; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Camaryn, Braden, Joel, Trenten and Marisa.
