It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillys R DeRocher (Newport, Oregon), born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Mixer and Phillys Mixer; and her husband Mike DeRocher of Toledo, OR. She is survived by: her children, Brian DeRocher (Shellene) of Toledo and Tanya Wiles (Jeff) of Ohio; her brothers, Tom Mixer (Roxanne) of Southern, CA and Dale Mixer of Southern, CA; her brothers-in-law, Jim DeRocher (Lois) of Arkansas and Rick (Jackie) of Siletz, OR; and her grandchildren, Alicia DeRocher, Travis DeRocher, Katy Wiles, Zach Wiles, Samantha Wiles and Andrew Wiles.
