He is survived by: his wife Coleen Frances Kelly; his close friend June Bennett of Corvallis, Oregon; his children, Debra Williams (Ron) of Twenty, Weston Kerns of Salem and Mike Kerns (Cheri) of Newport, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Acacia Williams, Ronnie Williams (Melissa), Travis Kerns, Kyle Kerns and Meghan Hess (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Briana, Hailee Williams, Tiais, Taivin, Tegan Kerns, Jayce, Brody and Rhys Hess; and his brother Dick Kerns of North Carolina. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
