It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Driscoll formerly of Newport, Oregon, born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David Delory Driscoll, Sr.; her close friends, Yamhill and McMinnville; her children, David Delory Driscoll, Jr., Kevin Patrick Driscoll and Erin Elizabeth Wisner; and her sister Marcy Cannata. She is also survived by her three children.
In just five years of volunteering for Blue Water Task Force, CoastWatch, Surfrider Foundation, the Audubon Society, and Neighbors for Kids, Karen became fundamental in the protection and community education of the Otter Rock Marine Reserve.
