He is survived by: his wife Juliana; his children, Will Myers, Halea Vice (Tom), Jesse Myers (Christina) and Carissa Myers; his stepchildren, Jennifer Nyborg (Eric), Joy Hatch (Jett) and Jon Hatch (Kelly); his siblings, Steven Myers and Leslie Myers; his stepmother Sabra Myers; and his half-sisters, Lisa Kennison and Isabel Reed. He is also survived by grandchildren.
