He was predeceased by: his parents, Leornard Maple and Letta Ritchey Maple; his siblings, Alicia Steele and Frank Maple; and his stepgrandson Caleb Tipton.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Maple; his daughters, Karen Cottis (Timothy Maple) of Otis and Janese Jacobsen; and his stepdaughters, Roberta Svenonius of Spokane Washington and Rachel Steele Bonners Ferry of Idaho. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and numerous step great grandchildren.
