He is survived by: his wife Debbie Harland Palser; his mother Mary Helen Palser; his siblings, Carole Palser, Nita (Mark McGreer), Marilyn (Ken Volker), Ivan Gene Palser and Will (Terri Palser); his children, Shawn Harland, Mercedes and Ben Harness; and his granddaughters, Morgan and Evelyn Harness. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
