He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Werth; his daughter Kaitlyn; his stepchildren, Jason (Emily), Jeanna, Jessica and Carlos; and his siblings, Daryl Dick (Anita) and Diane Snyder (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with 5 grandchildren.
