With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Edmond Leis of Newberg, Oregon, who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Leis. He is survived by: his mother Florence Leis. He is also survived by his mother, a niece, a nephew and numerous cousins.

He died of covid with underlying medical conditions.
