He was predeceased by: his wife Idamae; his brothers, Bill Green and Bob Green; his son Paul Green; his grandson David Scherer; and his great grandchild Emma Broadhead.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Dizick, Scott Espeland, Shelley Matthews, Cecelia Green and Pauly Evans; and his sister Peggy Krohn. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
