He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Tommy" Prewitt and Elaine Johnsen; his sister Sheila Cauthon; his brother-in-law Harold Cauthon; and his father-in-law William "Bill" Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Andrea "Andi" Prewitt of Portland and Ashley Prewitt of Torino, Italy; and his son-in-law Jeffrey "Jeff" Myers (Hugo Fazendeiro) of Portland. He is also survived by mother-in-law; brother-in-law; numerous nieces and a nephew.
