We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2024, at the age of 94, Marion R. Comfort in Newberg, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Marion has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Comfort and Edith Comfort (Ellis); his former wife Marcille; and his children, John and Judi (Jon Fodge).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Coleman; and his sons, Steve (Elizabeth), Dan (Betsy) and Randy (Annie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers make donations payable to Evangelical Friends Mission in support of granddaughter Jonelle and Fred Liddell.
