He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brentano and Josephine Brentano (Meeuwsen); and his siblings, Edward Brentano, Mildred Weatherly, Jane Susee and Anna Marie Brentano.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carol Brentano. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
