He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecelia Pearl Kruse and Willis Chester Cooley; his children, Jeri, Barbara "Bobbie", Mitch, Donald "Don" Cooley Jr. and Paul Cooley (Samantha Cooley); his grandchildren, Matthew Cooley (Hope), Matthias Cooley, Shelby Parrish, Shannon Thomas (Jared) and Paul; and also Elizabeth "Ellie" Cooley.
