It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte K. Parker (Newberg, Oregon), who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Homemaker; her husband Lyle; her sister Catherine; and her son Lyle. She is survived by: her sister Ruth Kilgore of Newberg; and her children, Kimberly Zitek, Terry, Russell and Ross. She is also survived by her 7 Grandchildren, and many Great-Grandchildren.
