He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Philpott and Miriam Philpott (Hogan); his brother Tony; and his daughter Jeannette. He is survived by: his wife Jean Philpott; his children, Christine Garvin (Mike), Daniel Philpott (Heather) and Kenneth Philpott (Liz); his grandchildren, Andrew, Heather, EJ, Ericka, Ashley, Brian, Delaney, Kenneth, Chace, Tearah, Landyn, Marina, Daphne, Mariah, Michael and Brandon; and his siblings, Kenneth Philpott, Patty Brown, Donna Graves, Janice Edmonson, Miriam Morris (Mac) and Earline Bottelson. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
