He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Charles Watts and Elinor Catherine Milnes Watts; his former wife Leona Hubbard; his children, Dale Watts (Tara), Karen Brosnan (Craig), Brian Watts (Washington DC), Barbara Bosch (Bryan) and Brenda Vahdat (West); his wife Ina Richardson; and his grandchildren, Daniel Watts (Beka), Emily Mueller (Ryan), David Watts, Kevin Brosnan, Zachary Bosch, Lukas Bosch, Benjamin Vahdat (Nicole) and Brandon Vahdat. He was also cherished by the four siblings.

Space will be limited due to Covid restrictions.
