She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Steffen and Ethel Steffen (Reding); her husband Richard Benton Barnes; and her brother Bill Steffen. She is survived by: her sons, Melvin and Bill; her brother Melvin; and her sister-in-law Joani Steffen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and greats…including one great, great nephew.
