With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth (Mount Angel, Oregon), born in White Lake, South Dakota, who passed away on November 4, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Schroeder and Minnie Schroeder; her spouse Stanley Vistica; and her son Nicholas. She is survived by: her children, Rodney, George (Christine), Timothy, Valerie Tuggle and Vicki Tuggle (Pete); her brother Gary Schroeder; and her sister-in-law Kathy. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
