She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Lynn Hartley (Timothy James Cunningham) of Boulder and Karen Marie Hartley of Aloha; her grandson Devin Hartley Cunningham of Durango; and her brother-in-law David Douglas Hartley (Hazel Hartley) of Scotts Mills, Oregon..
