He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Stahl (Wayne); and his siblings, Ray, Clarence, Leona, Grace, Irene and Vera.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Lou Miller (Paul), Margie Bullock (Bill) and Pam Howard (Greg). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and his beloved companion.
