She is survived by: her parents, Roy Puhlman and Faye Puhlman; her siblings, Diana, Sharon, Ron and Dennis; and her sisters-in-law, Judy and DeeDee. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 10 grandnieces and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers we are asking that a donation be made to Molalla Youth Sports in Karen's name.
