He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Odland; his daughters, Amber, Amanda, Auburn (Johann) and Angel; his grandchildren, Amelia, Cyprian, Tahliya, Cameron, Brody, Beckham, Alexis, Nathanial, Balin and Tyson; and his siblings, Lindy "Boyk" (Kristi), Oscar, Kelly (Julie) and Vicky Lynn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many friends and co-workers.
