He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Garvin and Amanda Garvin; and his brother Vern (Dorthy). He is survived by: his brothers, Glenn and Richard (Rainie); his wife Pat; and his children, Carol, Roger (Robin), Theresa (Bryan), Lou Ann (Neal) and Barbara (Jojo).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 13505 SE River Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97222.
