He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoover and Jeannette Hoover; and his brother Barry Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Hoover; his daughters, Alicia Coyle-DeWeese, Janel Jones and Robin Halvorsen; his sons-in-law, Shane DeWeese, Damion Jones and Jason Halvorsen; his grandchildren, Ryan, Drew, Kailey, Logan, Orlando, Jessica and Jovane; his great grandchild Jaymie; and his brother William Hoover Jr. (Connie Hoover). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
