He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Phillips and Laura Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Juli Valeske (Mark), Janet March, Joel Phillips, Jody Wayland (Randy) and Jeana Phillips; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Brittany, Leah, Kristin, Luke, Lonny, Austin, Taylor, Drew, Brayden, Jared and Kharis. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
