He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Mae Berrevoets. He is survived by: his father William Berrevoets, Jr.; his children, Nathan Michael Berrevoets (Jillian) and Ashley Ann Berrevoets McCarthy (Dan); his wife Lori; his grandchildren, Foster and Holland; and his siblings, Lynne DeBoer and Gregory Berrevoets.
