It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Pelfrey (Milwaukie, Oregon), born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Pelfrey and Kizzy Pelfrey; his wife Marjorie; and his daughter Debra Kvernvik. He is survived by: his children, Dena Roush, Doug Mishler, Denise Nation and Jim Pelfrey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
