He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Barnes and Mary Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Diane Van Veen; his children, Nathan Barnes, Jeremy Barnes and Emily Barnes (Estes); his granddaughter Myrna Barnes; and his siblings, Michael Barnes, Margaret Barnes and Ann Johnson.
