He was predeceased by: his brother Steve (Bev); his son Chris; and his granddaughter Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Rona; his children, Becky Chisholm (Colin), Jo Barham (Jim) and Terry Petersen (Mary Jane); his daughter-in-law Peggy Petersen; his stepson Michael Eldridge (Meredith); and his brother Jay Petersen (Linda). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A celebration of life to be held at a future date to be determined, due to the COVID pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of choice can be made in Doug's memory.
