It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Irene Higgins in Milwaukie, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Davis and Virginia Sanford; her children, Tracy Soulis, Cindy Lind, Debi Stanley and Randy Lind; and her sister Kathryn Johnston. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
