It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Chapman (Milton Freewater, Oregon), born in Troy, Idaho, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Phil Chapman and Connie Cooper; and his grandchildren, Zane Chapman, Joel Chapman, Andrew Chapman and Taylor Cooper. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
