Brinker of Milton Freewater, Oregon, born in College Place, Washington, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert J. and Mary F. Brinker; his son Wayne; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Dilts. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ellen Valencsin; and his children, Robert J., Samuel and Julianne. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
