He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Weaver and Mary Weaver; and his grandson Tyler Oliver. He is survived by: his son Matthew (Sarah); his wife Theresa Hammett Weaver; his siblings, Gary, Dean and Sue; his daughters, Katrina Sorenson (Trent) and Aimee Rude (Tim); and his grandchildren, Janea, Mercedes, Teirney, Tristin, Dakota and Jozie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
