It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Fredrick Small of Milton Freewater, Oregon, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Small and Jean Small; his son Sean; and his brother David Small. He is survived by: his wife Pat Girton Waggoner; his daughters, Heather Mann (Davey), Jennifer Moss (Brandon), Chris Sheets (Dude) and Wendy Harris; and his brothers, Rick Small (Darcey) and Joe Small (Sue). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
