She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Lamb and Mary Violet Lamb (Glodt); her brother John Henry Lamb; her husband John O. Hendricks; and her daughters, Anne Hendricks Vertrees and Karen Lynn Hendricks.
She is survived by: her children, John Michael Hendricks (Carrie), Joan Records (Roger) and Susan Bourn (Scott); her son-in-law Frank Vertrees; her grandchildren, Jim, Jeff, Daniel Records, Jay, Sam Hendricks, Matthew Vertrees, Adam, Ian and Sarah Bourn; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Olivia Records, Bette Anne, Nora, Harrison Hendricks and Jordan Hendricks.
Memorial contributions can made to the Frazier Farmstead Museum or Blue Mountain Humane Society.
