He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Smith and Helen Smith (Lamb); his wife Ruth Smith; and his children, Dwight W. (Nancy Kriegelstein), Jonathan W. Smith, Susan Whitcomb (Roger) and Lyla Lampson (Clark). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
