He is survived by: his mother Patricia Moore of Hood River, OR; his children, Meredith Faye and Isaac Aaron; his wife Andrea; his sister Shawna Russell; his niece Olivia; his nephew Brandon; and his mother-in-law Suzanne Oakes. He is also survived by his parents, sister and brother in law, and all of his extended family.
