It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilma Shepherd (Mill City, Oregon), born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Ebenezer Jull and Helen Daisy Jull (Whitaker); her husband William; and her brothers, William and Ralph.

She is survived by: her children, Leroy, Jerry and Bonnie; and her grandchildren, Matthew Shepherd (Renee), Michael Shepherd (Dayann), Jesse Shepherd, Amanda Becker (Jonathan) and Nathan Bahls.
