She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles F. Belter and Anne Belter (Halverson); her children, Juanita Anderson-Gallarza (Bill) and Rondell Anderson (Rosalee) of Dover; her siblings, Earl Belter and Linda Barta of Arizona; her grandchildren, Kristin Wills, Jessica Wills, Megan Phillips and Derek Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Amanda, Cassandra, Hannah, Samantha, Santos, Deven and Jake.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Willamette Valley Hospice.
