He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Bobbi; his spouse Beverly Spooner; his son Brian Riggers (Bobbi); his son-in-law Wyatt Tonkin; his siblings, Anita Seely (Paul) and Ray Riggers (Carol); his grandchildren, Shea Tonkin (Staci), Tyler Tonkin (Aneta), Janae Vogan (Brian), Brie Thompson (Ryan) and Logan Riggers; his great grandchildren, Josh, Brielle Vogan, Lennox and Jax Tonkin; and his stepchildren, Deborah Voyles (Vance), Terry Spooner (Candace), Susan Streight (Wayne), Lyle and Beverly.
