He was predeceased by: his brother David Ruby. He is survived by: his children, Geraldine, David, Marge, Matthew and Joshua; his wife Melodie; his sons, Matt (Kylee) of The Dalles, OR and Josh (Trisha) of Mill City, OR; his sisters, Marge Tinney (Greg) of Mill City, OR and Geraldine Ruby of Mill City, OR; and his grandchildren, Levi Ruby (Alyxandrea Allen), Audrey and Morgan Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and two great-grandchildren.
