He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jewell and Barbara Baney (Finley). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Webb Sears; his brother Jerry Baney (Jackie) of Pilot Rock, OR; his children, Tamera Baney-Rodriguez (Juan) of Salem, Jason Baney (Sinnamee) of Mill City, Brian Baney (Kathy) of Aumsville, Elizabeth Baney of Mill City and Michael Baney of Mill City; and his stepchildren, Vickie Sears (Josh Minten) of Dallas, OR, Matt Sears (Kaylan) of Salem, Heather Sears of Aumsville and Jeremiah Wallo (Heather Clapp) of Mill City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
