She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" White and Wanda White (Beck); her husband Larry Nelson; her children, Curtis Nelson and Nancy Nelson (Knight); and her granddaughter Shana McAllister.
She is survived by: her brother William "Bill" White; her children, Lori Sutton and Roger Crandall; and her grandchildren, Corey Nelson, Ryan Williams, Amanda Hansen and Jackie Nelson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Celia's House in Holmes Park or Access Building Community.
