He is survived by: his mother Vickie Holderman of Medford; his wife Jamie Galaviz; his daughters, Jocelyn, Madison and Allison; his stepfather Tim Holderman; his grandchildren, Izekiel and Ke'Alohilani; and his siblings, Jason Smith, Chantell Manninen, Daniel Galaviz, Danielle Conte and John Galaviz. He is also survived by spouses, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
