With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Scott Hamilton (Medford, Oregon), who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Louise Hamilton (Johnson) and Scott Hamilton; and his siblings, Patty Himmelman, Lee Smith and Sam Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hamilton (Heberling); his children, Carolee Louise Hamilton and Richard Scott Hamilton, Jr. (Diana); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hamilton, Becca Laroi, Josh Lokeno, Richard Hamilton and Caleb Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Nyahmara Laroi, Acacia Laroi, Aceson Laroi and Amari Laroi Wheeler; and his sisters, Joann Miller and Rachel Ames.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rogue Valley Christian Church (1440 S Oakdale Ave, Medford, OR 97501).
